Self-reliance is the ability to depend on oneself to meet one's own needs and achieve one's goals.

It is the idea that individuals should be responsible for their own well-being and happiness, rather than relying on others to provide for them or make them happy.

This means that people should take charge of their own lives, set their own goals and work towards achieving them, and not rely on others for validation or support.

Additionally, self-reliance also means being independent and self-sufficient, and not relying on others for financial or emotional support.

By being self-reliant, individuals can develop a sense of self-worth and self-esteem, and be in control of their own lives.

There are plenty of business opportunities available, but it's important to be careful and do your due diligence before committing to any of them.

This means taking the time to understand the opportunity, evaluating the people running the business, and getting references from other investors.

It's also important to consider your own risk tolerance and how much money you are willing to risk. Trust and confidence are key, as well as having a good understanding of the market and the problem the opportunity is trying to solve.

Don't let emotions cloud your judgement, but rather approach opportunities with a clear and logical mindset. Take the time to thoroughly evaluate opportunities before making a decision, and you'll be more likely to make a successful investment.

Checking the box and moving on to the next task is important.

It helps you to stay organized and focused on what needs to be done. When you check a task off your list, it gives you a sense of accomplishment and helps you to see your progress.

This can be motivating and can help you to stay on track.

Additionally, by checking the box and moving on to the next task, you are able to clear your mind and focus on the task at hand, rather than getting bogged down by a long list of tasks that still need to be completed.

This can help you to be more efficient and productive.

3 Pivots to Become a Success Now: You have to look at what you're doing and decide if what you're doing is really working? This is a question that I ask myself often. Especially when its time to level up!

I had to let go of my pride and ego, which is which is kind of funny because I wouldn't have called it pride or ego back then. I would have called it a lack of knowledge or a lack of experience, let's just assume that's all one and the same. I started getting out of my own way, the 3 things that I really started doing that changed my fortune and my successful path.

 1) I sought out partnerships, finding people that were a level up from where I was. I wanted to work with them. I tried to offer something to them. If I didn't have money, what I did have was time, enthusiasm, a lot of spunk and a lot of can do spirit! Those people that were a level above maybe where I was and wanted to get to. They had more knowledge and more money than I did.

So I sought out partnerships with them. What is a strategic partnership? A partnership is all about the idea of two people coming together that have different resources, different skill sets and becoming a partnership, becoming a team. That's what a good partnership is! If you both bring the same thing to the table that partnership isn’t worth a whole lot. You want to seek out partnerships, that's key. You don't have to have money, but you have to show up and you have to go above and beyond. Your sweat equity can turn into real equity.

2) The second thing I started doing that I realized made a difference is was helping people that love what they do. Helping people get to the next level is very rewarding and lucrative. A lot of people need partners. They don't realize they need partners. Referring back to the first change of finding partners! When you remember yourself was once in a position where you were the partner with time, energy, passion, and you started working with people with money.

Well, now on the flip side, once you have the money and once you have the resources, you can go and help people with the time, energy and passion. Look for those opportunities and partnering with people who love what they do has really triggered an explosion of success and activity for me and our team.

3) The last thing that I realized that really came out that I've been doing a lot of, I feel like I've consistently did this often more so than the other two because social media. Social media allows you to share lessons learned. I used to share a lot of lessons learned on not what not to do! Hahaha But now, I'm more intentional with my social medial. I'm actively providing new information, free information.

I'm providing it from a point of view of success and a proven track record. Example- I'm doing this recording right here and you're hearing advice, I’m giving information and giving support freely with no intentions of return. I do strategically have intention with this post, but I don't expect people listening to this to magically reach out and want to be my partner. What this is, is really trying to get my brand out. By doing that. I can now help you scale and grow your business or change your mindset so you can be more successful.

Apply these three ideas today and it will help you!. I hope you got something out of that. Remember, if what you're doing isn't working and you need to seek out other app or tune in these other ways to be successful. So always be looking for a different way. If your in the team sport business! Id love to connect! Message me about your projects!

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where everything you planned went sideways?

Maybe you had found the perfect situation with perfect timing.... The whole thing was going great then BOOM! Chaos!

I have a saying...

"Those that solve the biggest problem, make the the most money."

I choose not to let challenges and things outside my control keep me down for to long. I look at them as opportunities to make more money!

In this post, I talk about one of the deals where we are wanting to build a 120 Unit Apartment complex, instead... we learned some things about chicken and crawfish!

Find a way! All business really comes down to is solving a series of problems you never encountered before, then you get faster and more efficient until its automatic.
Then experience and repetition kicks in!

Now your system and processes take over and you look like a genius who had it figured out the whole time!

When you are trying to increase your network and meet the right people, here is what I found that matters the most!

The one thing that will get you in front of people or A SEAT AT THE TABLE!

"CONTRACTS!"

The opportunities that you bring ie: Contracts are the gateway to Contacts!

Having the right to buy it or own it... is the first step.

I get people bringing me and my partners Ideas... Ideas don't make money! Contracts do!

Think about any time you ever made money?

When did this happen? It happened when a transaction happened. When the money is flowing on a deal is when all the professionals can get paid!

Ideas are great! But Contracts are better!
